stroke stroke stroke

MXK and I had our first swimming lesson today. I last took real swimming lessons over 3 years ago. I must of had a really good teacher in Hillary as today's teacher started right away with just refining my stroke.

No need for the basics.

MXK did more today in one hour in the water than he has ever before in his life. Started with just trying to get his head into the water and progressing all the way to a basic stroke!! I can't wait to see what 6 or 7 more lessons do for the both of us!
