If I were to ever have plastic surgery I would like to have my last rib removed for a leaner looking midsection.
(I don't consider getting the second toe shortened plastic surgery. Morton's toe is a real disease. I would be getting 'cured' and not just cosmetically corrected)

But while we are talking about it, if I were to get plastic surgery I would take your rib so that my rib cage would stick out past my chest, oh wait....it already does! Love you!
