Clue #1 Scooby, a river of water flowing down the street. Where is it coming from?
This man decided backing out his 31' (not including the trailer hitch) motorhome in a hurry was a good idea this morning.
"What did you do this morning hunny? Fight any crime?"
"No, I just directed traffic again. I was ready to Taser any of those lookie-lous though!!" And the city water folks took 3 tries to turn off the water to the hydrant. The one nearest the hydrant had over a foot of dirt and silt in it, preventing them from doing more than taking the cap off. Hey, but I bet they are earning overtime!
