anyways, this is where my scars and such are in the healing process now. no machines, no drugs, just a fancy alginate dressing for a while. and as soon as the one wound on my right side is totally healed i can get back to doing whatever i want!!

    At least you don't have a machine hooked up to your gut. Good to see that you are starting to get back to normal.

The housekeeper said today I look like a gangster or mafioso. Do you agree? So I posted on FB a picture of my agility ladder and talked about how I use it for training for shooting.
