3 pounds in one day

Totally food poisoned by an ill advised 0630 stop at Jack in the Box yesterday. Resulted in 24 hours of agony. And a 3 pound loss in body weight due to "spewage".

    Hahahaha just kidding. Rather do a 90 minute Bikram class and lose the same.

    encinitas blvd and el camino real. so you'd probably have to drive. i felt as sick as when i was in septic shock right before emergency surgery.
