Bo knows............

If you remember the 80's you will remember Bo Jackson, a professional football and baseball player who had all these commercials with the tag line, "Bo knows" whatever because he was a two sport athlete.

Well here I am, in Bo's shoes. It looks like in the same year I was 2nd in the Pan-American Championships for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I could be in the top 3 overall racing Super D in two different mountain bike racing series. Whoa.**

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighter and mountain bike racer. That's like being a super model and an astronaut. A race car driver and a big game hunter. Dr. Quest and Steve Martin.
