I just talked to Kevin Schwantz in the Indianapolis airport. I thanked him for signing a tshirt that was sent to me while I was in Iraq.
He was vary gracious and kind. Probably the most "famous" person I have met that closely in real life. Pretty cool.

That meeting made me emotional because: 1) remembering when Rowdy was in Iraq always makes me a little teary, 2) I know how much Rowdy loves motorcycles and racing, and how he's loved that since he was little 3) I also know how much it meant to Rowd to have that reminder from home and how his friends got that together for him.
