tri-rowdy

Yesterday I rode my mnt bike 4 miles (before being thwarted by another flat!!), climbed at the climbing gym for 1.5 hours and went to open mat at jiu jitsu for a hour.

Today I ran for 2 miles, I will swim for 30 minutes and then go to jiu jitsu for 1.5 hours.

But yet somehow I don't feel as physically fit as you think this activity level would make me...

I am also going to start doing pylometric training. I am in need of more explosive power in the things I do. Less finesse, more power. So lots of jumping, bounding, medicine ball types of things.
