I did my part today to raise $60,000 for charity to help with Cystic Fibrosis. If you want to help, go to www.breatheeasyride.com and bid on the awesome ebay items they have.

It was a great day, I won prizes, I froze riding over the mountain, I saved sliding both wheels doing a stupid pass, I saw some cool bikes and did it all for charity!

The housekeeper said today I look like a gangster or mafioso. Do you agree? So I posted on FB a picture of my agility ladder and talked about how I use it for training for shooting. Most people kind of questioned it or dismissed it outright. Then I see a famous person posts a video of him today on FB using one and everyone thinks it's a great new idea.
