I am boycotting the summer olympics (no capitalization) in China this year.
In the list of countries who are really not our friend, Saudi Arabia is #1, China is #2 and Pakistan is #3.
I refuse to give support to China, the companies that are giving them extra support or anything to do with the olympics this summer.
It is my wish for them to be embarrassed by political statements on TV, print and during ceremonies. I want travelers to be disgusted by the pollution, corruption and general mayhem and disorder that can be endemic in urban China.

I compeletely agree! I wrote an essay about the human rights situation in china for english, so I got much more informed about the situations there, so I think the games should be boycotted. It might not do much for the problems there, or our relations with them, but its showing them how we feel about the situation. I personally hope that something does change there if the games are boycotted though.
