1. "Be Prepared" as a motto works on lots of levels, I am an Eagle Scout, Blue Mountain Council 1990. I like to think I still live by it.
2. For my church I have the responsibility of being the "Emergency Preparedness Specialist".
3. The fires in San Diego in 2007 weren't the first nor will they be the last we have.
4. The 6 P's, Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.
And finally, a saying I ran across in a book recently, that I plan on making my own.
"Aide-toi et Dieu t'aidera," Help yourself and God will help you.
Make a plan and then get yourself supplies to last for 72 hours. Do it, you will never ever be sorry you did.
