As you can imagine I've been mountain biking. And motorcycling. And somewhat cleaning the house. With a rare bit of jiu jitsu training in there. My scar is not enjoying training and protests loudly now when I do.
On Father's Day I got a sssuuuupppper cool GoPro camera set up. I've done a couple of pedal bike tests with it and am getting it dialed. Tomorrow I'll be using it for the first time on a motorcycle ride down in south county.
So you should be seeing more 'action' pics and videos from me over the summer. Barring any stupid health stuff. And speaking of that sort of thing, I have another 'gluing' procedure this Friday in the morning. Strike two or home run?
Well readers, I'm happy to be back with you. I hope to entertain you, share with you and give you insight into what a Rowdy life is like. Which also has me thinking about a series of posts I might do. Write one paragraph each day that covers a year of my life, from birth up to today. What do you think?
