24 hours in the fridge and then about 16 in the smoker and voila delicious beef jerky!

Jerky in the store costs about $25 a pound. Three pounds of good low fat meat cost me $11 at Vons. Oh yeah, nothing like DIY sometimes. Especially when it is delicious and unique.
I'm so jealous! I really want your beef jerky now!!
