If you want to keep your house from betting burglarized you think about security from the burglar's perspective, not from the police's view.
I guess CNN was thinking the same thing when they have a story up on their website titled "Nurses offer tips to survive hospital stay". In each item a nurse goes on to tell an experience they or a family member had where they as patients stopped a deadly medical error. Funny thing though....in each item it was a NURSE who was also doing the incredibly stupid thing that was going to kill someone else.
Takes one to know one......

I really liked that show 'It Takes a Thief'. These ex-burglars put together their expertise and challenged homeowners to protect their houses. It really opened up my eyes to what could happen in any house on any block.
