2011 Triumph Daytona 675 mod

Here is what I have done so far to my bike:

-ordered light weight lithium ion batter, saving 9 lbs.
-installed Triumph 'low' seat getting me 10mm closer to the ground
-removing passenger pegs, fender reflectors, CA emissions and other stuff I felt I just wouldn't need, saving almost 3 lbs.
-dialing out a lot of rear spring preload and compression. a little out in front. new spring for my bodyweight on order from RaceTech. Then a suspension dial in.
-installed Two Brothers Racing carbon fiber exhaust muffler. Deleting the heat shield, rear fender and other brackets. Total savings of over 10 lbs according to my digital scale. and using the supplied bracket I like where my plate and signals are so no need to get the Clear Alternatives light.

Here are some pics of the new rear end and what it sounds like at idle, which is nothing compared to how it sounds at say 9,000 rpm!
