Huh...

Still no call on my surgery date....

Still 127 pounds...

BUT I loaded the Brazo Portuguese language lessons on my laptop today and listened to some of it.

And I plan on going and getting a stationary exercise bike tomorrow. Gotta get my cardio started.

So while my days seem to blur together on the couch some new things are still happening.

  2. there is more than one type of cardio. i think a lot of times cardio gets used as a catch all for anything weight loss related.

    3 months of being in bed and sitting has reduced my cardiovascular fitness. as it would anyones.

    so my plan is to do intervals on the bike.

    my 'cardio' will be 45-60 minutes but my heart rate (wich is the total key in 'cardio') will be at a point to benefit my heart, not promoting the type of calorie burning and metabolism to loose weight.

    make sense?
