... this house. All it does lately is frustrate me and cost money. Lots of money. I'll have spent over ten grand just to sell the house. And it's not like I'm walking away with enough equity to buy a house outright in AR. I'd be surprised if the check was greater than 10 grand to me when the moving truck pulls away from SD for a final goodbye.
Everything seems to be an issue and when exposed shows another one. Why not just tear the whole damn house down for goodness sake...
