The week set aside for remembering those with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases is almost over. While others maybe think about it for a week, I've lived it for over 2/3 of my life.

So hopefully some other kid doesn't have to suffer how I have, please donate to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America. I promise you'll touch a life and your heart will be softened. Do something good.

The housekeeper said today I look like a gangster or mafioso. Do you agree? So I posted on FB a picture of my agility ladder and talked about how I use it for training for shooting. Most people kind of questioned it or dismissed it outright. Then I see a famous person posts a video of him today on FB using one and everyone thinks it's a great new idea. 80% of individuals with MCI convert to AD within 3 to 7 years. Having both APOE4 allelles increases your risk 12 fold. Diagnosed with MCI this year. Amyloid PET scan in August. 3 to 7 years to Alzheimer's disease? That is frightening.
