Consider it.....

I've been writing this blog for 4 years! Last night I went back and read about half of 2008 and half of 2009. Wow, it seems soo long ago. And soo different.

But it's got me thinking maybe it is time to stop writing here. It seems the quality of my posts and decreased quite a bit in the past few years.

I'm considering making this year my final one, then just doing something different.....

  1. Perhaps your life has just slowed down. I mean you're not doing Jiu Jitsu full time anymore.

I look at my really old posts and think "Good god, I was a whiney writer back then, and I really didn't know anything about men".

  2. Life has slowed. I look back and see how much better my posts were. What I really really wish I could have back is my yahoo.360 blog that I wrote while in Iraq. I didn't take care of in time and they deleted it. Horrible.

Then my laptop with all those photos died. I have just two photos from my time there. All in my mind now.....

But yeah. I think this is going to be my last year doing this blog. Probably switch back to writing in my paper/traditional journal. And then just get a flikr or picassa and post mad photos.

  3. Your friends read these posts - every one of them. We like hearing about you, even when we haven't hung out in months. Granted, it's usually one-way communication, but it's still good. Everything from you most pathetic dinner ever (that was a good laugh) to you latest photography takes (seriously good work). It's good Rowdy stuff.

If you leave, what's our alternative? Pinterest posts? :(

  5. If you quit the blog I'll never know what you're up to. I suck at talking on the phone, and you don't have facebook anymore.
