0730-1000 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

1130-1200 Laundry

1400-1530 Downhill Mountain Biking

1800-1900 Yoga

Somewhere in there I am also eating and showering a few times. That's only 5 hours of exercise in one day, so pretty tame. I haven't even added any strength or conditioning training to my regimen yet. (that starts next week. and adding an extra hour of bjj three times a week)
