28 Days Later

Zombie tummy Rowdy, 28 days after my latest surgery. This is surgery #10. My scar in total is now 10" long as they keep cutting my midline, just at different spots.

The little hole under the bandage should be totally healed in like 3 days as well! I was going to include a gruesome 'before' pic and a sexy 'best' pic of my tummy, but I don't think the value you as a reader would get is worth it. Am I wrong? So here it is, my zombie tummy, back from the dead as of today.

The housekeeper said today I look like a gangster or mafioso. Do you agree? So I posted on FB a picture of my agility ladder and talked about how I use it for training for shooting. 80% of individuals with MCI convert to AD within 3 to 7 years. Having both APOE4 allelles increases your risk 12 fold. Diagnosed with MCI this year. Amyloid PET scan in August. 3 to 7 years to Alzheimer's disease? That is frightening.
