Walk Like A Warrior

4:50pm I get discharged from Kaiser.

5:55pm Fabio was cutting my hospital ID bracelet off for me before I went on the mat to train.

8:01pm I felt fantastic and "new motorcycle" level of happiness.

    beating A or getting your A beat implies a lower level of commitment or severity.

    kill or be killed is a more serious level. thus the one i am choosing.

    im thinking of getting "KOBK" embroidered on my belt actually...
