    Excuse my ignorance, but are we talking about regular influenze or H1N1? Also, are there seriously reports about bad side effects?

    It is very, very rare to have a serious side effect from any flu shot unless you're already immunocompromised.

    Rowdy was just being funny and creative.

The housekeeper said today I look like a gangster or mafioso. Do you agree? So I posted on FB a picture of my agility ladder and talked about how I use it for training for shooting.
