Since I couldn't got to Europe for Trek World they brought most of the 2010 models to San Diego for us to ride and to have a review of the new tech and features.
I really like the Top Fuel carbon XC race bike. Loved how responsive it was and the power transfer.
The new Gary Fisher 29" full suspension XC bike is revelatory. This is a fun fun fun xc machine. And it looks nice too.
The Madone road bikes are pretty cool too. Definitely the best road bike a person could get. I rode the DIS electric shifting, but I'm not totally sold.
Finally I rode the new freeride bike, the Scratch. Me likey! I am not sure if I would get the coil or the air, but it is a good bike. I would feel very comfortable going big biG bIG BIG on this bike.
So a huge day of riding and learning.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, and I totally DOMINATED the store tricycle Trikester race. Killed it!
