"Squid Pro Go" or "All this for that!?"

So part of coming home from the hospital when I did was coming home with a PICC line. For you lay person this is a fancy IV going from a vein in my upper arm into my SVC (superior vena cava) near the right atrium of my heart!

Since this is such a fancy thing, it requires a bit of specialized care with it at home. I mean, look at all these supplies to care and feed for my man/machine interface!

No more squid arms!!!!!!!!!

  2. i will be glad when it is out, hopefully monday night!

    two days after it is out i will be able to start using my arm normally.

    and i am tired of showering with a plastic bag over my arm...
