Saturday was a good day. I bought the domain name for my new business and fleshed out some other things. Good brainstorming.
While that may have been exciting, the fun part of the day was going out into the desert to shoot. I have been shooting guns since I was about 5 years old and have owned them myself since about 12 years old. Younger if you count BB and pelet guns. I have a membership at an indoor range here as well. So shooting has always been a fun part of life for me.
We went out past Jacumba to the spot everyone goes to and of course mid-day on a Saturday it took some driving to find a spot. (I am THE ONLY person to regularly take their Lexus hybrid SUV off road I think) Handguns and shotguns were the order of the day.
Fun times.

ReplyDeleteDo u really have been using arms since you are just a child?? i have never seen a gun in my life (and i don´t want) I am againt the guns, and the rest of the arms. Why do u like them???

It is fun. You have to focus and pay attention. I also like motorcycles and rock climbing. Sometimes the things other people are afraid of really are not bad.
ReplyDeleteIn lots of the US, using guns for recreation has no stigma or bad image.
It is a challenge to shoot well and I like doing that.
i prefer other types of recreations, and i think the guns should be forbidden, because in some countrys all the persons can have one, and maybe they are not very responsable, and can do bad things ( like the guys who kill some students in that school) so i prefer read or listen music, or travel. Of course i don´t speak for u, because i don´t know, but when i saw the documantal "bowling of columbian" i open my eyes) In spain the people normally have not gun a gun at home. And i repeat, i have never seen one.
