I had a nightmare about something I did 25 years ago that I have never forgotten or forgiven myself. I still feel sorrow and shame at it all.
It cost me a best friend and two other friends that I haven't spoken to since then.
I think the only way it would go away would be talking to S Nyman face to face. I don't think that will ever happen....
