Xmas Inferno

Long time readers will know of my disdain for Xmas (I refuse to even write Christmas unless required). It's not my thing at all and no need to rehash all the reasons why.

But this photoshop project of mine for school I think pretty accurately conveys my emotions towards this holiday. What do you think??

What can I say, but "Bring on Thanksgiving!!"

The housekeeper said today I look like a gangster or mafioso. Do you agree? So I posted on FB a picture of my agility ladder and talked about how I use it for training for shooting. Most people kind of questioned it or dismissed it outright. Then I see a famous person posts a video of him today on FB using one and everyone thinks it's a great new idea. This actually makes me kinda angry. I don't like being dismissed or marginalized because my thoughts and ideas come from me, and not from someone "famous". 80% of individuals with MCI convert to AD within 3 to 7 years. Having both APOE4 allelles increases your risk 12 fold. Diagnosed with MCI this year. Amyloid PET scan in August. 3 to 7 years to Alzheimer's disease? That is frightening.
